How we handle your data — short and clear

We know you're sharing personal information with us. Your test answers, your situation descriptions, and your email. We take that seriously, and we want you to know exactly what happens to them.

What we collect: Your answers to the 120 test questions, your five situation questions, your email address, and the language you chose. That's it.

What we don't collect: No name, no address, no tracking cookies, no social media connections, no analytics about your behaviour on the site.

Where data is stored: In a database hosted by Supabase with servers in the EU. Your report is stored there so you can access it through your personal link.

Who sees your data: Nobody but you. We never sell data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. When your report is generated, your answers are processed by an external AI service through our own calibrated analysis model — the data is not stored by the external service after the report is complete.

How long is it kept: Your report and your answers remain as long as your personal link works. If you want us to delete everything, email support@traitpilot.com and we will.
